- 200 gr palm sugar
- 1 sendok teh spekuk
- 1 butir telur
Bahan B :
- 250 gr terigu
- 150 gr kacang tanah, cincang
- 4 ruas jari jahe , parut

- Bahan A disatukan, dikocok sampai putih.
- Beri bahan B. Aduk rata.
- Masukan kedalam cetakan. Oven 180 derajat Celsius 30 menit.
